About the role
We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to help commercialise Hospitality Group’s service offering. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from outbound outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing. This is a high-ownership role with clear targets and strong upside.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a targeted outbound pipeline (email/LinkedIn/calls)
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within hospitality businesses
Run discovery calls to understand needs, goals, and timelines
Present our service packages clearly and confidently
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close new clients
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly reporting
Coordinate internal handoff after close to ensure a clean onboarding
What we’re looking for
Proven B2B sales experience (outbound + closing)
Strong communication and follow-through
Confidence running calls and negotiating with senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, organised, and KPI-driven
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Experience in hospitality, agencies, consulting, or SaaS is a plus
Compensation (choose one model)
Option A — Commission Only (recurring)
10% recurring commission on every client you close
Paid for the lifetime of the client (while they remain active)
Option B — Base + Commission
Fixed salary (agreed based on experience)
5% commission (one-time) per closed deal

About the role
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow social presence for multiple hospitality clients. You’ll build content plans, create and publish high-quality content, and optimise performance to support real business outcomes (brand authority, enquiries, bookings, and sales).
Key responsibilities
Manage social media for multiple hospitality accounts (restaurants, groups, bars, hotels, venues)
Create monthly/weekly content plans aligned to each client’s goals and brand voice
Produce and publish posts, stories, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok as needed)
Write strong copy (hooks, captions, CTAs) that drives action—not just likes
Coordinate approvals and client communication (briefs, feedback, deadlines)
Repurpose content efficiently (one shoot → multiple formats and platforms)
Track KPIs and report performance with clear next actions and improvements
Maintain consistent visual and messaging standards across all accounts
What we’re looking for
Proven experience running social media for hospitality or local service brands
Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut/Adobe/Final Cut—any is fine)
Solid design capability (Canva or equivalent) and brand consistency
Copywriting that converts (clear, direct, premium tone)
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting
Fluent English required (Spanish a plus)
Deliverables (agreed per client)
Content pillars + weekly posting calendar
X posts per week + X reels/videos per week
Community management (optional): replies, comments, DMs
Monthly performance report + optimisation plan
